When inspiration hits the rock bottom and there are only random and unrelated thoughts popping around your brain cells without any order or intention to form a story, you can make a list of them. 

In hope that they would eventually find a right place in sentences  and some invisible hand would put diacritics and give some common sense to the whole thing.
